Policies

Additional Information

Due to our high demand and popularity, we have these policies in place to accommodate our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible, given the limited number of available appointments per week.  

Booking Fee

To book any appointment a $10 deposit is required and it is nonrefundable.

Super long hair, designs, special requests

Cancellation Policy

We require a 4-hour advance notice of cancellation. The online booking system will allow you to cancel your appointment up to the 3-hour cut-off.  Plus you can call your barber for assistance.  Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a NO-SHOW. 

No-Show Policy

The 1st NO-SHOW is a given.  The 2nd NO-SHOW will require half of the service value.  All NO-SHOWS after the 2nd will result in the full charge of the service value. 

Late Policy

Our clients will only be given 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time to show; after 10 minutes, we may not be able to provide the service requested, and the NO-SHOW policy will apply. 

Health Policy

In corcern for the safety and well-being of our staff and clients, we ask if you feel unwell or sick, please wait until you are well to make an appointment out of respect for others.  If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat, please notify us if you have made an appointment, and we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling. 

We are required to take contact information. You will be asked for your name, phone number, and or email address. ABUSIVE behavior will not be tolerated in any form.  Please remember we are doing our very best to serve every client in a safe and efficient manner without sacrificing customer service or compromising the personal safety of individuals that enter the premises.  We apprecaite your continued patience and support.
